With his business acumen and expertise in built environment and real estate, Berlin is constantly seeking ways to innovate the design practice.

He steers luxury residential home design studio Studio iF’s design and build arm, and spearheaded the development and rapid growth of The Afternaut, an experience design agency transforming spaces. And, as if he doesn’t have his plate full already, he’s also saving room for dessert with Super Candy, a private equity firm that focuses on deploying strategic capital under a dual-pronged real estate and venture capital investment strategy in APAC.

With close to a decade of experience working on luxury residences, Jared Chen is no newcomer to the industry. A connoisseur of beautiful things, Jared draws inspiration from high fashion & art. His keen eye for intricate details, combined with his tremendous technical knowledge allows him to transform the greatest of ideas into reality. Jared’s vast experiences throughout his career empowers him creatively to explore a wide spectrum of emotions in his works, and it is through this that his audiences are able to experience spaces in a more profound sense.

Quennie enjoys crafting different typologies of spaces. She believes firmly that the true beauty of spaces lie in the careful curation of form, function, and material. In her eyes, every project is seen as a new challenge to find balance between practicality and creativity. She enjoys this never-ending pursuit of new—functional—visual vocabularies in spaces. The constant dialogue between advancing technology and how it translates into human centric experiences excites her, spurring her to grow as a designer every single day.
