Office Manager
Job Description:
Attend to incoming and outgoing calls
Receiving and attending to visitors
Monitor and procure stationary supplies
Maintenance of office equipment
Sending and receiving of mails
Making sure that the necessary lights and aircon are switch off
Setting up of meeting rooms
Help to apply for overseas visa
Procurement of pantry supplies
Manage the cleaners
Renewal of licenses
Any other adhoc duties
Requirements:
Relevant experience is preferred.
